SPRING MILL NEWS

The entire staff at Spring Mill Farm will be giving a Sportsmanship Award monthly to a deserving student and/or their parent.  This award will be given to the person that promotes good will and a positive environment for everyone!  The recipient will receive a free lesson or training ride by the trainer of their choice!  Have fun and encourage your fellow barn mates!  Go team Spring Mill!

Do you need anything monogrammed?  Horse blankets, coolers, chokers, baby pads, or anything you have!  Feel free to contact

Barbara North at 901-233-0758, or give it to Katie!  Katie’s mom, Barbara, offers every font, size and color monogramming you could need for your horse stuff!

Donnie Taylor has implemented a new policy in the hopes of avoiding a price increase across the board.  Donnie has asked that a check for your horse’s shoes be at the barn the day your horse is shod.  If there is not a check the day your horse is shod, there will be an additional $10.00 charge.  Please understand that the farriers must pay in advance for all supplies needed to shoe your horse.  The prices of supplies have gone up, as well as the price of shipping/fuel.  By having a check waiting the day your horse is worked on, Donnie will be able to avoid an overall price increase.  Usually, we try to give at least two weeks notice of the date your horse/pony is due to be shod.  Please check your email regularly for this advanced notice. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call Lindy at the farm.
