HORSE SHOW RESULTS

This was probably the first Germantown Charity that we didn’t have any rainy weather!!!  Was it ever HOT!!!  Alyson and Kenny were Reserve Champions in the younger Small Juniors.  Blair and Freddy were Reserve Champions in the older Small Juniors.  Lindsey and Castle were Champions in the Medium Ponies.  Lauren and Rover were Reserve Champions in the younger Adults.  Sarah and Cates were Champions in the younger Children’s.  Maura and Paddy took the tri-color in the Pre-Adults.  Grace and Chip were Reserve Champions in the Short Stirrup.  Hayley won the 12 – 14 Equitation on the Flat and the USEF.  Ali won the WTHJA Pony Medal.  Lizzie won the ASPCA.  M.K. and Cody were Reserve Champions in the JR/AO Jumpers and won a Level V class!  Andy drove The Bus in his first Grand Prix!  They finished 11th.  Andy and Opie finished 8th in the Grand Prix!  Congrats to all for a great show!

SPRING MILL NEWS

Please welcome the O’Brien family!  They recently moved from the Chicago area.  Meghan, and her mom, Erin, have two horses in the middle barn – Dr. Seuss and Murphy!  Please introduce yourselves and help them get settled in!

 SMF SPORTSMANSHIP AWARD

This month’s sportsmanship award goes to Matt Rebholz.  Matt is always there with encouraging words whether you had a good round or not!  He is always wishing everyone luck as they head to the ring.  Thanks Matt for making us all feel good!!!

The Biltmore show is just around the corner!  Entries close July 3rd!  Please remember that you will need a check for your stall, a check for your entry, and a shavings check.  If you are going to show both weeks, you will need a stall and an entry check for both weeks, but you will need only one shavings check.  Please get with me as soon as possible if you would like to attend this show!
