 Spring
Mill hosted our first Joe Fargis clinic 11/21 and 11/22. With over 20
riders participating, Joe Fargis worked 3 different sections of riders on
the flat and over fences. Most of the first hour in each section each day
was spent on the flat, with emphasis placed on precision and the horse
being attentive to its rider. The jumping during the second half of each
session built upon the drills previously done on the flat. As the jumps
got higher, it was clear to all that flat work was the key to successful
jumping! We are all looking forward to the next time we can get Joe to
come back!
